Scientific Working Group (SWG) on Responsible AI for IAM Research (AI4IAM)

Scientific Working Group on Responsible AI for IAM Research (AI4IAM) is a collaborative platform for community learning, the exchange of best practices, and the development of formal guidance on AI integration in IAM research. Its core mission is to ensure that AI tools are adopted effectively and responsibly, supporting the IAMC in maintaining transparency, robustness, and alignment with open science principles and long-term climate policy requirements. The SWG also strengthens connections between the IAMC and the broader AI research ecosystem, ensuring that AI applications remain scientifically accountable and guided by rigorous human oversight.
