The Model Documentation and Transparency working group has released a rebuilt documentation portal, with a common structure for describing model scope, versions and assumptions.

SHAPE Scenario Explorer released

The scenario results from the SHAPE project, coordinated by the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research (PIK), have been published in a new scenario explorer. The interactive web tool, developed by the Scenario Services team of the IIASA Energy, Climate and Environment program in collaboration with researchers from the SHAPE project, can be used to explore, visualize and download scenario results for the sustainable development pathway scenarios developed in SHAPE using four different models. It accompanies the publication of the main scenario study from the SHAPE project (Soergel et al., 2024) Further information can be found on the webpage of the SHAPE Scenario Explorer
