The University of Barcelona School of Economics has opened the applications for their PhD in Economics programme.

In particular, the Chair of Energy Sustainability offers a PhD Scholarship for 3 years (with possible extension for one more year), starting during the 2024-2025 academic year. The Chair is looking for students who aim at enrolling on the PhD program in Economics (University of Barcelona). The candidates must have a Master in Economics completed by summer 2024 and apply to the PhD program in Economics, University of Barcelona.

The successful candidate will develop his/her research under the supervision of researchers belonging to the Chair of Energy Sustainability & IEB Research Programs (see fields of interest here). Successful candidate will have teaching duties in applied economics at undergraduate level within the department of Economics (area of Public Economics) of the Faculty of Economics and Business (UB).
