The Modelling and Outlooks team at the OECD Environment Directorate (OECD Environment) is looking for a CGE modeller . The team undertakes policy-orientated research in a number of areas at the interface between the environment and the economy, including: environment-economy modelling, environmental policies and policy outcomes, resource productivity and waste, green mobility and transport, trade and environment, and cost-benefit analysis. The modelling team uses large-scale economic models to assess the linkages between economic activity and environmental challenges. Most of the policy analyses undertaken by the team are based on quantitative assessments, using the multi-regional global computable general equilibrium model ENV-Linkages. An overview of recent activities of the team can be found at www.oecd.org/en/topics/environment-economy-modelling-and-outlooks.html. Current work of the team includes the next Environmental Outlook on climate change, biodiversity loss, and pollution, and the forthcoming Regional Plastics Outlook.
