Its goal is to advance innovative solutions to address climate change, energy system transitions, and disasters. The ICEDS team facilitates integrated approaches to research, teaching, and engagement across disciplines. ICEDS also leads the ANU Zero-Carbon Energy for the Asia-Pacific Initiative, which consists of five interrelated projects: Renewable Energy Systems, Hydrogen Fuels, Renewable Energy Policy and Governance in Asia-Pacific countries, Renewable Metal Refining, and Indigenous Engagement with Renewable Energy Industries.
